Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise for pre and post-natal women. It is amazing what a woman's body does during pregnancy, but pregnancy certainly takes its course.


Similar to a marathon, labour requires training and preparation and time to recover and re-condition afterwards. At New Life Wellbeing, we offer Post-natal Recovery progressive courses.

If you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, the exertions after giving birth, may make exercise unappealing. But exercise will actually help your body to recover. It is encouraging to get a bit physical.

Our Pilates classes are specifically designed for mums! This mother and baby Post-Natal Recovery Pilates class will do wonders for your overall conditioning and mental outlook.

Come and enjoy a Post-Natal Recovery Pilates class and socialise with other mums.
No previous Pilates experience is required.

Postnatal recovery is run at the Byron Children’s Centre. (9.15 a.m. Mondays)
