Postnatal Pilates
 

Are you pregnant or have you recently had a baby? Is your body ready? After the exertions of giving birth, exercise may not appeal. But exercise will actually help your body to recover.

Find out if you're ready to get physical. Our Post-natal Pilates class is specifically designed for mums! This mother and baby post-natal Pilates class will do wonders for your overall conditioning and mental outlook.

We love Pilates for giving us core strength, trim tummies, and happy backs. Try these Pilates exercises  with us. There are no machines or gym memberships required.

Pilates classes will be one and a half hours.

The programme includes a 30 min personal wellbeing consultation to include postural analysis and goal setting. See Sharon for fees.

Pilates is £8 for an hour and a half.

 

If you do two classes a week discounts will apply.
