Post Natal Pilates

Post Natal Pilates
• After the exertions of giving birth, exercise may not appeal.

After the exertions of giving birth, exercise may not appeal. But exercise will actually help your body to recover.

The lingering effects of pregnancy hormones need to be considered when starting a new exercise programme. Inappropriate exercise following birth can cause injury and affect Mum’s wellbeing. Based on our experience in the field, mother & baby post-natal Pilates classes will do wonders for your overall conditioning and mental outlook.
