What payment methods can I use?
You can pay in a variety of ways, including credit/debit cards, New Life Wellbeing Store Gift Card, and Bill Me Later. You can also use a cashier's cheque or wire transfer — just call an New Life Wellbeing Representative on 020 8763 1000 for more information. Learn more about Payment & Pricing.
Can I pick up my items at an New Life Wellbeing Store?
Yes you can. Simply select that option for each product you’d like to pick up, then decide where you'd like to pick them up. Keep in mind that some products, are not eligible for in-centre pickup. You can, however, choose the delivery option, or you can simply purchase those items when you arrive at the centre.
When will I get my items?
There’s a delivery estimate below the items you chose to have delivered. This tells you when we expect your items to arrive. You’ll receive an email with delivery information when your items leave New Life Wellbeing. There’s a 'Pick Up' date under the items you chose to pick up at the New Life Wellbeing Store. You'll receive a Pick-up Notification email when any item becomes available. If the item is marked "In Stock" it is usually available within an hour.
How do I return a product?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or session, we have several easy return and complaint options for you. One option allows you to return an item directly to our New Life Wellbeing Centre. If that's not practical, you can always just send it back to us. We'll help with the shipping for you. Click the Account link at the top of this page and select Returns for details. You can simply call New Life Wellbeing on 020 8763 1000. We'll take care of everything else.
How long do I have to return a product?
From the date you receive it, you can return most products within 14 days. The exception are sessions, where you have 7 days. You can review our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds policy for more information.
How is sales tax determined for my order?
The tax listed on the Cart and Checkout pages is an estimate. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable fees. Learn more about Payment & Pricing.
